Assistance for the aggrieved parties in criminal cases

Bodies entitled to prosecute do not manage take actions in all registered cases. It does not apply to us!!!

Our modern methods of assistance we render for the aggrieved in criminal cases consist in:

- assessing the received procedure documentation by a detective – always a former police officer of the investigation department, - active participation of legal representative (advocate with experience in the field) in the proceedings and of a detective, who develops and implements an investigation plan by: a) submitting written motions as to evidence, b) cooperation with the police and prosecutor’s office, c) continuous surveillance of the actions taken by the prosecutor’s office and the police, d) proper actions to gather evidentiary material on the case, e) documenting the evidence and delivering it together with motions to the bodies entitled to prosecute, f) instituting legal proceedings for compensation for losses suffered by the aggrieved party together with enforcement of the dues (adhesion claim).

Our assistance commences the very moment the crime is registered and covers all the stages starting from submitting notice of an offence and finishing with trial conclusion.
